Dental plaques may form under natural conditions. Tartar is formed when the plaque gets in contact with the saliva and mineralize. This process results in bad breath and sensitive gums. Good oral hygiene is important for the cat’s good general health condition.
ORAL CARE is a completely balanced food for adult cats that helps to reduce the formation of dental plaque and maintain healthy oral cavity.
Double effect:
- Mechanical action: the specially designed ORAL CARE kibble, size, texture, and shape encourage the cat to crunch and thoroughly chew the food. This results in a daily „brushing” effect that reduces the formation of dental plaque.
- Chemical action: The food contains „teeth protective” materials (compound that forms chelate with calcium) helping decrease the mineralization of plaques by tiding up the calcium from the saliva.
